Owner/Advisor - Barron H. Putnam, Ph.D.
Dr. Putnam is Owner and Advisor to LACE Financial Corporation. Prior to founding LACE Financial Corp. in 1984, Dr. Putnam had oversight responsibility for monitoring the financial condition of commercial banks and bank holding companies for the Federal Reserve System. He chaired the interagency committees of the three bank regulatory agencies that developed the Uniform Bank Performance Report, Uniform Bank Holding Company Performance Report, and the Uniform Surveillance System that provides an off-site early warning for the scheduling of bank examinations. During his sixteen years at the Federal Reserve Board, he was Manager of Surveillance Sections in the Division of Bank Supervision, Assistant Director of the Bank Holding Company Analysis Program, and Economist in the Division of Research and Statistics.
His doctorial research was adopted by the three Federal bank regulators to be used for the uniform bank rating systems.
Dr. Putnam received his Ph.D. in Economics from George Washington University, M.S. in Applied Economics, Demography, and Food Research from Stanford University, M.S. in Economics from University of California, Berkley, and B.S. in International Banking and Finance from New York University.
President – Damyon Mouzon
Damyon Mouzon has over 18 years of business experience, of which twelve were spent with MasterCard Worldwide where he served in various capacities, most notably as Vice President, Risk Management. In this role, Damyon was primarily responsible for identifying and mitigating bank and non-bank customer risk, determining the creditworthiness of thousands of financial institutions around the world and educating MasterCard customers on merchant and card payment risk.
Damyon possesses an M.B.A. in Finance from the University of Connecticut, completed his undergraduate work at the University of Alabama, B.S. degree in Business Administration, and is a member of the Beta Gamma Sigma Honor Society. |
